I have several options depending on how you want to approach your stress.

All of my programs offer a way for you to draw on your strengths and values to create the low-stress lifestyle you desire. My shorter programs are great if you’re looking for some guidance, a jumpstart, or focus on a specific goal. My longer programs create an opportunity to dig deeper into the root causes of your stress and devise practical, customized solutions.

To support your journey, you can also take advantage of sound relaxation and meditation sessions on an individual and group basis. Contact me for details.

I also have a special CDC program for diabetes prevention and management, a disease that can be brought on or exacerbated by stress. Reach out to me for more details on this group program.

During our time together we’ll look into what causes your stress, how it’s impacting you, and solutions that will give you immediate results. We’ll also spend time looking at ways you can change your response to stress.

Includes six 45-minute sessions, two 45-minute group relaxation sessions, weekly development exercises, resources to support you on your journey, and FREE access to our private low-stress lifestyle community. One-on-one clients will also receive a one-on-one sound journey session.

Additional Details:

One-on-one sessions allow for a more personalized and in-depth experience with solutions tailored to your needs. Group sessions are experiential and encourage a cooperative community experience with common goals and shared wisdom.

Revisualization Hypnosis Package

Starting at $199

Lower your stress by getting control of unwanted habits and behaviors with hypnosis.

Hypnosis has helped many people to quit smoking, lose weight, reduce anxiety, and make healthier lifestyle choices by facilitating a change of deep-seated thoughts and beliefs.

By inducing the mind and body into a relaxed state, the ability to focus and concentrate on the desired changes is heightened. At this point, we can revisualize what we want and remap new ideas over old ones.

The STRESS BREAK VIP Package

This signature program will accelerate your path to a low-stress lifestyle.

During our time together, we’ll work on a deeper exploration of how to live a low-stress lifestyle. We’ll discuss your stressors, their sources, and how you can reduce the impact they have on you. We’ll explore techniques to help you change your stress response and help you to establish a consistent practice of mindfulness-based stress-reducing techniques. Along the way, we’ll work to shift your inner voice to a more positive and supportive voice.
