Take A Break From Your Stress!
Why is it important to understand and address your stress? Stress impacts how we feel physically and emotionally, how we behave towards ourselves and others, and how we react to challenges. These impacts can manifest themselves in many ways. Some of the symptoms include trouble sleeping, difficulties with focus, discord in relationships, increased anger, mood swings, anxiety, changes in weight, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, and acne. Additionally, certain chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and depression are made worse with stress. Managing your stress can either help you avoid developing certain conditions or lower the risk of worsening existing conditions.
I can help you lower or eliminate immediate causes of stress and teach you visual and mindfulness techniques to lessen your stress response. These techniques can help you develop resiliency, leading to lower stress and greater satisfaction with your life.
